Gratinated Scallops with Merken

Ingredients:        Fresh scallops

                            Parmisan Cheese

                            White wine

                            Merken

 

Preparation:       

Oven your scallops and white wine for 20 minutes. Finish with parmisan cheese and Merken on top of your scallops for some more minutes in oven until gratiné.

Crab Meat Pudding with Merken

Ingredients:        Fresh Crab Meat

                            Cream

                            Olive oil

                            White wine

                            Parmisan Cheese

                            Merken

Preparation:

Mix your crab meat with Merken, a little amount of cream and white wine, just to incorporate. Oven for 20 minutes and gratiné with parmisan cheese & Merken for the unique copper look!

Avalon Pudding with Merken

Ingredients:        Avalons

                            Breadcrumbs

                            White wine

                 Merken

Preparation:

Cut avalons in small pieces and mix with Merken, white wine and breadcrumbs in order to have the base of the pudding.  Slice or laminate some avalons for top decoration of yor pudding.  Over 30 minutes.
