Miski means "sweet" in Quechua, the native language of the Diaguitas.
Try using Miski to flavor candies or other sweet foods, such as cakes, waffles, pancakes, ice cream, or cookies. You can even spread it on toast!
This product is low in lactose, and suitable for people who are lactose intolerant. Since it is made from goat s milk, it does not have caseina, a protein responsible for most allergyc reactions from cow s milk in humans. It also has 13% more calcium, 47% more vitamin A, and 135% more potassium than cow s milk.
